No sour thought is getting in your head for too long. It’s all passing and changing. It’s the best we can do to hold on to what’s here before it’s gone. There’s so much to celebrate! All the great teachers and teachings are only trying to get you there. Look how far you’ve come! If you only had a day left, what would be important to do? Probably loving someone, animal or person or whatever it is at all. Those are the things that come to mind. It’s nice to pretend in order to remember what’s important after all. What a wonderful dream. You’ve sulked, you’ve raged, you’ve suffered over ghosts and recollections. But that’s behind you. There are fond memories. You’re easy. You’re light as the breeze. You have a gentle touch. You’re kind, you’re compassionate, you’re giving. You laugh at self-importance. You know how that story turns out! You pass on whatever there is to be shared in a moment. You’re a vessel flowing freely. We’re all connected, after all. … You’ve got some definite magic about you! It comes so easy when you’re not trying. Every deepest sadness will find some comfort. It will all be gently kissed and hugged away. All those tears that start flowing, it’s okay. Nobody will hurt you again. There’s no tensing up,, there’s a letting go. Even your enemies are exposed. There’s the same love coursing underneath it all. You’re not so alone, after all. Your pain has been felt by many. The very same pain! Imagine that. It’s all an endless cycle.
